Welcome to one of Fountain Square's busiest little libraries!
Located across the street from Stacy Park in Fountain Square, Indianapolis, the Troy Street Little Library strives to be a resource and source of joy for our neighbors.
Our little library:
Distributes over 1,450 books annually through the library structure
Distributes over 300 books each year at our neighborhood arts festival ArtSquared, also encouraging droves of visitors to make free bookmarks and write haiku
Hosts The Troy Street Spooktacular, a month-long celebration of all things fall, giving away autumnal books and spooky treats and culminating on Halloween night with a second-story, full-sized candy chute
Runs the Troy Street Summer Reading Short Course, providing reading materials, discussion questions, and activities to participants
Do you have books to donate?
It takes a village to keep our neighborhood library stocked. If you have extra books you'd like to donate, we are happy to help give them a good home. Click below to schedule a drop off or pick up.
We try to keep track of the books we have in stock. We can't guarantee we have the book you're looking for, but we are happy to try! Click below to request a book, and we'll see what we can do!
